Exchange and Refund Policy

Theatre or program tickets
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance or presentation (within that production or program and subject to availability) providing they are received at the Administration Office (in person, by mail, fax or email) at least 24 hours prior to the performance for which they were issued. If exchanging for a higher-priced ticket, you will be asked to pay the difference.

 

If you need to cancell, tickets will be refunded up to7days before the date of event. No refunds will be issued less that 7 days before a performance or program.

 

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 10% SERVICE CHARGE ON REFUNDS.

 

Returns for Gift Shop items

  • Within 30 days from original date of purchase
  • Refunds will be provided in the same tender that the purchase was paid in:
    • Cash will be refunded in cash.
    • Debit card will be refunded to the original debit card.
    • Credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
  • Have your Membership card available if the Card was used in original purchase.
  • Customer will be required to fill out a Refund Voucher to verify the return was completed.
  • Craigdarroch Castle may issue a cheque for refunds over $100.

 

The personal information provided on a Refund Voucher is required in order to process the refund and is used for the following purposes:

  • For auditing purposes; and
  • To ensure customer satisfaction

 

Returns not accompanied by a receipt will be processed at our discretion at the last lowest sale price for store credit.

 

Exchanges

  • Within 15 days from original date of purchase.
  • Exchanges will be offered for the same product or a product of equal value.
  • Exchanges will be offered for the same product or a product of equal value at the store’s discretion. A new receipt for the exchanged product will not be issued.

  • Theatre tickets less than 48 hours before the event

Return Exclusions with limited exceptions

  • DVDs and CD’s.
    • Returns will ONLY be offered if the product is in it’s original packaging, unopened, in saleable condition, with receipt and within the 30 day return period from original date of purchase.
    • Exchanges will ONLY be offered if the original is defective, after opening, with receipt and within the 30 day return period from original date of purchase.
